A. General Terms and Conditions for Using the Website and Iconic Salon Services
Welcome to Iconic Salon. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of our website, mobile app, and salon services. Using our website or booking any of our services constitutes your full acceptance of these terms:
1. Appointments and Attendance
Prior booking via the website, mobile app, or direct contact is recommended to secure your preferred time slot and service.
Please arrive on time. If you are late by more than 15 minutes without prior notice, the salon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment based on availability.
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please do so via the website or notify us at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled time.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are shown in local currency.
Iconic Salon reserves the right to modify service prices or offers on the website at any time without prior notice. New prices apply only to new bookings.
Accepted payment methods include online payment via the website/app, or in-branch payment (Cash / Mada card / Credit cards).
3. Offers, Subscriptions, and Family & Friends Packages
All packages and subscriptions (such as Iconic Generations, memberships, and group offers) are subject to specific validity and usage terms detailed upon purchase.
Special offers and group discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
4. Health and Safety Guidelines
Iconic Salon is committed to applying the highest standards of sterilization and health regulations to ensure client safety.
Please inform the service provider before starting your session of any special health conditions or skin allergies to certain products. The salon bears no liability if such conditions are not disclosed.
5. Acceptable Website Use
It is prohibited to use the website for unlawful purposes or to copy and redistribute content and trade names (such as Iconic Salon, Iconic Kids, Iconic Friends, Iconic Generations) without prior written permission.
The salon reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account in case of abuse of the booking system or provision of false information.
6. Amendments to Terms
Iconic Salon reserves the right to update or amend these General Terms at any time, and changes become effective immediately upon being published on the website.
B. Membership & Subscription Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Iconic Salon. We are delighted to have you join our community. Please review our Membership Terms and Conditions to ensure the best grooming experience and full benefit from our package features:
1. Validity and Usage
Membership validity begins from the date specified upon purchase and continues for the duration defined by the package (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months).
Membership is personal, registered under the client’s name and phone number, and cannot be transferred or shared with another person.
Available services must be utilized within the validity period only; unused sessions will not be carried over after expiration.
2. Bookings and Appointments
To enjoy package services, prior booking via the app or direct contact is recommended to secure a suitable time slot.
For cancellations or rescheduling, please notify us at least 2 hours prior to the appointment time.
If a client is late by more than 15 minutes without prior notice, the session will be considered redeemed (deducted from the balance).
3. Gifts and Complementary Services
Free services and complimentary perks included with the package are tied to the validity period of the membership itself.
Complimentary gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or for other services outside the package scope.
4. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds
If a client wishes to cancel the subscription before its expiry date, the remaining amount will be refunded based on the following formula:
Refund Amount = Paid Subscription Amount − (Total services used at their original full price before discount).
Any consumed complementary gifts or free services will be calculated at their original cash value and deducted from the remaining balance.
5. Subscription Freeze (Temporary Pause)
Clients may temporarily pause their subscription depending on the package type and specified duration:
General Freeze Rules:
Minimum freeze duration per request: 7 days.
Maximum freeze duration per request: 30 days.
Total Allowed Freeze Days Per Package:
1-Month Package: Does not include a temporary freeze option.
3-Month Package: Up to a maximum total of 15 freeze days.
6-Month Package: Up to a maximum total of 30 freeze days.
Annual Package (12 Months): Up to a maximum total of 60 freeze days.
6. General Provisions
Iconic Salon reserves the right to modify or update prices and conditions for future packages without affecting active subscriptions until their expiration date.
